Following Parkland’s Student Activists
The massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High in Parkland, Florida has brought renewed attention to America’s gun violence epidemic. The student-survivors of Marjory Stoneman Douglas have become unwitting activists and are calling on lawmakers at both state and national levels to #EndGunViolence. We invite you join States United and our gun violence prevention partners in following the courageous lead of the #NeverAgain student-survivors in the following actions:

March 14: At 10 am, local time, students across the country will walk out of class and observe 17 minutes of silence in honor of each Parkland victim.

March 24: The March for Our Lives descends upon Washington D.C. and other participating cities. States United will be present and encourages all who can to demonstrate for common sense gun laws at our nation’s capitol or at home. Visit for more!
